Magpie / ADOPTED!

What a little sweetie. Small sized and between 1-2yrs old. Full of JOY and warm eye contact. Magpie came from the Merced Animal Shelter and you can still see her promo videos HERE. Magpie was our demo dog in training class — her first class ever — and was the perfect example of good manners and strong connection with her handler. Teacher’s Pet, in other words.

A team member recently met her for the first time and gave this report, which pretty much sums her up: ““They (Magpie&Yowie) played like crazy! They had two solid outs together and spend the whole time running around, wrestling, and kissing. Once they got tired Yowie started humping, which Magpie seemed to like less. So, I put Yowie back inside with dinner and spent a few minutes getting to know Magpie solo. What a sweet angel. She was totally different when Yowie wasn’t around. She listened, she sat, she looked, she did down. She has great eye contact and does the cutest little dance when holding a down.”
